It commenced operations in Bangladesh in 1998 and today has a very strong national presence throughout the country. G4S Bangladesh is now hiring Deputy Assistant Manager for its Manned operations.

Job Summary : The position is responsible to provide guarding service that ensures safety and security of clients, their property and goods as well as the security personnel on the guarding location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervisions of Guards by ensuring the implementation of company policies & procedures into MS business.
• Maintaining control and performance standards adhering to SOPs, policies and guidelines prescribed by the company.
• Ensuring customer relationships by visiting and meetings, taking feedback and implementing required service excellence.
• Supervision of Credit collections of service charges and ensuring cash flaws are achieved.
• Recruitment of security personnel as per requirement
• Coordinate with S&M to get new business and to keep existing business. Also works for price increases in existing contracts in coordination with S&M.
• Implement HSE issues within the area of responsibilities and guide the operational team to ensure less harm and fatalities.
• Generating new ideas to improve efficiency and productivity of Manned Services.
