Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with the clients of concerned post and collect feedback report.

Find out potential clients and increase posts at south-east region.

Initiate and solve day to day operational issues.

Conduct investigation for any incident or accident.

Posting adjustment of the field forces in coordination with Aegis Head Quarter.

Performing regular post visit as per plan.

Motivation, counseling and grievance handling of field forces.

Ensure annual performance evaluation of the team.

Look after welfare issues of field forces.

Identify training needs & conduct training accordingly.
