Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality construction.
- Establish safety practices on site as per company standard.
- Maintain project budget and schedule and adjust as needed.
- Consult with management to establish various strategies and policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Have good project administration skills, expert in identifying local issues, sub-contractors, consultant issues etc.
- Knowledge design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
- Advanced MS office, MS project, Power Point, MS Excel.
