Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive operational excellence and ensure sustainable growth. The Deputy Director will oversee all aspects of company operations, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement while aligning with business goals.

Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with senior management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Foster transparent communication with senior management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Effectively communicate and execute senior management’s decisions across all levels.
Lead the execution of the company’s vision, mission, and strategic initiatives.
Implement quality assurance and control measures aligned with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Must have experience working as a Director in a any factory
Lead, mentor, and inspire employees to achieve excellence.
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by senior management.
Strong knowledge of master production scheduling, production arrangement, and personal training.
The applicant should be loyal, reliable, and diligent.
Can speak English fluently .
