Requirements

Education

Masters / MBA in Marketing from reputed Public/Private University.

Experience

10 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

Age At most 45 years
Only Male

Minimum 10-12 years of practical experience in Land, Real Estate or Apartment Sales & Marketing, out of which at least 4-6 years should be at a leadership (Manager/AGM/DGM) level

Must have in-depth knowledge of real estate market, land sales, apartment sales, customer management and marketing strategies

Must have strong leadership, team management, negotiation and decision-making skills

excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English

Must be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets

Must be proficient in corporate presentations, client meetings and business negotiations

Integrity, professionalism and a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities & Context

Develop, implement and monitor effective sales and marketing strategies for the company’s land and apartment sales activities.

Ensure achievement of set sales targets and revenue growth.

Provide leadership, performance evaluation, training and necessary guidance to the sales team.

Acquire new customers, develop relationships with potential buyers and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

Analyze the market, monitor the activities of competitors and formulate business plans based on market trends.

Manage various marketing campaigns, promotional activities, digital marketing and branding initiatives.

Coordinate and develop relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, agents and other business partners.

Participate in sales negotiations, assist in pricing and lead in contract execution.

Properly maintain and analyze CRM, sales reports, pipeline and customer data.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure after-sales customer service.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Marketing & Promotion

Formulate and implement effective Marketing & Promotion plans for the company’s Land and Apartment projects.

Conduct ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers and plan and supervise campaigns on other digital platforms.

Analyze the market, evaluate the promotional activities of competing companies and update the Marketing Strategy accordingly.

Plan Marketing Budget, control costs and evaluate the effectiveness of the Campaign.

Coordinate with the Sales Team to increase Lead Generation and ensure Sales Conversion from Marketing Campaigns.

Prepare Marketing Performance Reports and present them regularly to Management.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support professionally.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Land, Construction, Legal, Accounts, and Customer Service departments.

Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.

Monitor project-wise sales progress and submit performance analysis.

Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and real estate regulations.

Strategic & Administrative Duties

Provide leadership in formulating and implementing annual Sales Target, Marketing Plan, Budget and Business Development Strategy.

Regularly review Sales Performance, Market Trends, Customer Feedback and Competitor Analysis and provide strategic recommendations to Management.

Maintain professional relationships with key clients, corporate partners, investors and other stakeholders.

Prepare and present Sales Forecast, Revenue Projection, MIS Report and other management reports in a timely manner.

Ensure proper adherence to company policies, legal and regulatory compliance matters.

Efficiently perform other strategic and administrative duties assigned by management.
