Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Responsibilities & Context

1.       Involved to execute HR Policies & procedures

2.       Job Design, Training & Development,

3.       Maintained recruitment process, leave management, attendance monitoring, salary administration, performance appraisal & organizational development.

4.       Ensured workers job engagement and maintained manpower budget considering probable migration, resignation.

5.       Ensured that the grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended and initiated as per the law of the land.

6.       Maintain the coordination between corporate and local work teams through documenting and communicating.

7.       Conduct training program on Grievance policy, Integrity, Company Policy, Model line development program

8.       Help Factory management to maintain all code of conduct of buyers

9.       Resolve employee grievance

10.   Overall administration in respect of employees and factory.

11.   License obtained and renewal timely.

12.   Assist the manufacturing general Manager of the factory, responsible for the arrangement, implementation, inspection, supervision and implementation of the company’s specific management work.

13.   For the job in organizing the work of the manufacturing General Manager’s Office meeting and other meetings and Meeting Minutes.

14.   Responsible for following up on work visas, returning vacation applications and ticket booking for Chinese colleagues.

15.   Liaise with the HR of China office on the affair of Chinese colleagues in Factory.

16.    Assist the manufacturing general Manager to investigate and study, understand the company’s operations and management, and put forward the suggestions or suggestions for the General Manager to make decisions.

17.   Assist the General Manager to manage various functional Departments of the company’s operations, coordinate the internal departmental relations, specially the daily working relationship and transaction between the business departments.

18.   Complete other temporary tasks assigned by General Manager.

19.   Overall manage whole factory administration.
