Responsibilities & Context
Job Description:
- Ensure quality control of yarns used in production. Conduct yarn testing and analysis.
- Maintain detailed records of yarn specifications. Troubleshoot yarn-related issues in production.
- Develop and implement yarn quality standards.
- Prepare reports on yarn quality and performance. Assist in the development of new textile products.
- Candidate should have well awareness of Uster standards for cotton and yarn.
- Candidate should have knowledge of different spinning fibers like Cotton, Viscose, Lyocell and Flax.
- Candidate should have experience of spandex core yarn manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain quality control systems that meet the organization’s standards.
- Inspect raw materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Design and implement testing protocols for products and processes.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of quality control staff.
- Identify and address training needs within the quality control team.
- Any other task assign by the Management time to time.
