Additional Requirements

Must have vast operational and production knowledge on high world class knitting machinery which equipped with special attachments to produce Lycra fabrics as well. Monitor product quality at every stage. Monitoring sample approval, trims approval, bulk cutting, embroidery, Screen Printing, washing approvals.
Production knowledge on varieties of fabrics including Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Interlock, Auto Striper & Fidder Stripe, Pique, Lycra Jersey, Fleece, French Terry, Waffle, Jacquard etc. (All kind of Knit Item).
Capable to manage the operation of Printing unit including Table printing, Oval printing (8 Headed), Octopus printing (12 Headed). Also skill to manage various types of printing such as flock, discharge, emboss, sugar print, all types of stone and studs, heat transfer and special types of printing.
Must have productivity efficiency skill on monitoring the sewing lines. Implementation of buyer’s requirement as per the buyer’s manual by coordinating with factory manufacturing staff, handling pre-production, approving size sets, handling first bulk inline, pre-final and final inspections.
Develop and implement production plan and schedules based on customer orders, factory manufacturing capacity. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production plan.
