- Age 32 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business (B.Com/BBA)* Professional certification (CA – complete or part-qualified) will be given preference
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (Accounts Manager/Head of Accounts)
- Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or F&B/retail sectors will be an advantage
- Strong expertise in accounting, financial management, VAT, taxation, compliance, and budgeting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, Tally, Odoo, 3S etc. applications Compensation & Benefits: Competitive and negotiable, based on qualifications, experience, and overall competency
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control systems
- Lead financial management, MIS reporting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including VAT, income tax, TDS, and other regulatory obligations
- Preparing and producing Balance sheet of the company on periodical basis.
- Manage company secretarial functions, including RJSC filings, board meeting documentation, and annual returns
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Carrying out internal audit.
- Skill in preparing feasibility and project profile.
- Provide financial insights and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making
