- Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Electrical, Diploma in Computer, Diploma in Electronics, Diploma in Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 18 years
Work starts at 8:00 AM and lasts 12 hours, with 9 hours as regular duty time and an additional 3 hours counted as overtime.
Willing to work overtime when needed.
Rotating shifts (Day & Night) are required.
Friday is the weekly day off.
All government holidays will be observed.
Full overtime pay for work on off days or holidays.
Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible to Production in charge/Floor Supervisor.
- Monitor machine work procedure & trouble shooting.
- Train Operators/Assistant Operators & QCs about machine, its operation, maintenance & card check.
- Operate machine/s independently.
- Maintain daily audit/ISO sheet of production.
- Ensure machine through put as set by the Production in charge/Management.
- Prepare job lay out.
- Ensure timely cleaning & maintenance of both machine & machine room.
- Know reasons of malfunctioning & should be capable of minor repair.
- Any fault of machines should be brought to the notice of concerned person/s without any delay.
- Ensure safety measures of machines are observed by Operators & QCs.
- Any other relevant work as decided by the Management.
