Typically, 3-5 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is often preferred.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, drug therapies, and clinical guidelines.
Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and EHR software.

Develop and execute effective out sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
Prepare and manage duty rosters, ensuring proper scheduling of staff, managing duty times, approving leaves, and arranging replacement staff as needed.
Regularly visit all stores and outlets to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and support the sales and pharmacy teams.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
Train, and supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct performance reviews and manage team development.
Promote wellness and health education when appropriate·
Monitor pharmacy budget and financial performance.
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Efficiently handling various situation under pressure, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team to meet organizational goals.
