Responsibilities & Context

We at Excel Technologies Ltd., a leading and dignified ICT Company in Bangladesh, are looking for a dynamic & energetic professional designated as Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to work & move forward with our Corporate Sales Department. This position is responsible to develop corporate business of the Company upon having maintained an integrated seamless liaison with the different corporate office and internal (Sales, Product and SI) Department.

  • Identifying and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customer;
  • Responsible for overall brand marketing to create customer demand and develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
  • Responsible for selling IT Products (UCM/Security Surveillance/Networking/Printing/Fire-Engineering) in Corporate Area;
  • Assist & Support the top management in Setting the Overall Sales Targets;
  • Assist Sales Executive in preparation of proposals and presentations;
  • Give proper direction & drive to the sales department (Corporate) in order to achieve desired goal established in the Company’s strategic plan;
  • Responsible to conduct one-to-one review with Sales Executive to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance;
  • Responsible for prospecting, planning, making sales presentation, handling objection, and closing the sale;
  • Control the day-to-day operations of the sales team, as to maintain the focus on the company’s strategic goal;
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and also provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications to maintain maximum profit margin;
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executive and also for own tasks. And also prepare a standard business policy and strategy for the company and its ultimate implementation and follow up;
  • Build up a business communication network and relationship with all concerned including private and public institutions;
  • Ensure good understanding of customer requirements & collect current market information;
  • Require to regular monitoring credit collection with the finance team;
  • Visiting Potential customers for new business establishment;
  • Set plans to meet and exceed monthly sales target;
  • Create offer and give offer to new corporate customers as well as existing customers;
  • Follow the sales process (visit, find lead, proposal submission, follow up, revised proposal submission (if required), purchase order collection, delivery follow up, payment follow up, payment collection, service follow up etc);
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
  • Co-ordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate transport and delivery;
  • Follow up, Recovery or Collect credit amount;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • Visit the Key account corporate house with service team for giving best after sale service;
  • Continuous monitoring the high revenue customer and ensure prompt service;
  • Carryout any other task as directed or assigned by the Team Leader.
