Responsibilities & Context
- Take overall Quality Control responsibilities of the plant.
- To be quality control representative in all aspect of quality, compliance and others.
- To continuously review and monitor the laboratory process in order to increase the effectiveness of test method.
- Good knowledge on spice & snacks related product.
- Manage laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance & record keeping.
- Responsible for overall high quality product.
- Handling of reference standards, specification, manufacturing documents at site.
- Conduct quality control test on raw materials, In-process and finished products.
- Assess product quality and compliance with standard.
- Monitor production process to ensure adequate to specifications.
- Identify the root cause for any deviation of product quality.
