Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Professional qualification such as CA(CC),CIMA,ACCA or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Develop and implement the annual audit plan in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Conduct comprehensive financial audits to assess risk and identify control weaknesses.

Analyze complex financial data and identify trends and anomalies that may indicate potential risks or fraud.

Prepare detailed and comprehensive audit reports, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans.

Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improve internal controls.

Represent the audit department in meetings and presentations.

Ensure that the inventory management system of the manufacturing units’ Payroll system, financial transactions, bills, and vouchers generated from cost centers are executed with financial policy and procedures of the company.

Conduct risk-based audit in line with agreed upon audit plan and necessary change management.

Accurate and timely reporting of Audit findings with necessary recommendations.

Follow-up implementation of Audit recommendation.

Lead a team of auditors, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.

Identify and strengthen control weaknesses in existing Processes, Policies, and SOPs.

Instruct subordinate to check dyeing bill comply with booking sheet, lab dip report, production report and delivery report.

Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
