  • Experience in Project cycle management,monitoring and evaluation,conceptual understanding of development and migration issues, budgeting, budget analysis, financial plan.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare economic reintegration plans and execute those on a regular basis
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plan to provide ToT, Training, Module Development and Follow up for returnee migrants.
  • Provide technical support to establish community enterprise, in case of sub contract, select suitable partners and build up their capacities.
  • Coordinate referral process of skill training and implement interventions related to economic reintegration.
  • Build partnership with different service providers and prepare referral plan on a regular basis.
  • Follow up the referral process on a regular basis and prepare progress report.
  • Oversee all project activities and be the contact point for economic reintegration component under Prottasha project.
  • Help project team and other stakeholders define, communicate and drive the strategic vision and goal of the programme.
  • Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of specific component of the project.
  • Advice on ‘best practice’ approach to all aspects of programme and project management which is practical and result focused.
  • Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to project management.
  • Prepare the project and programme budget, annual operating plan and other strategic documents
  • Collaborate with other managers to execute programme.

Safeguarding Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
