Additional Requirements

Must have sound knowledge of Knit Dyeing machinery.
Ensure all electrical equipment is operational and maintained as per the standards.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components in the different workplaces to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repairing.
Ensure that a full preventative maintenance plan is established and adhered to through day to day schedule maintenance activities.
Sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures.
Establishing delivery and installation schedules for machines, switch gear, cables, and fittings.
Capable of fault findings and installation of electrical equipment.
Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to Keep minimum downtime due to electrical breakdown.
Ensure preventive maintenance of boilers, generators & all compressors for undistributed supply and also take proper plan about inverter, motor, electrical panel board, and plc, etc.
Ensure all control panels and DB Boards are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown.
Maintain good communication with the Engineering services (mechanical) for optimizing the maintenance process.
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as other machinery.
Capable of making electrical diagrams and understand all-electric Diagram.
