Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily banking activities.
- Advise team members on decisions related to the company’s financial policies.
- Verifying bills & vouchers which are processed for payment by team members.
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards and company policies.
- Conduct price/rate survey for procurement of materials and services.
- Carry out investigations, and ad-hoc assignments as required.
