Requirements

Education

Responsibilities & Context

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.

    Performance Management:

  • Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
  • Work with department heads to set performance goals and monitor employee progress.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

    Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and create comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

    HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

    Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and open communication channels.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and take appropriate action based on feedback.

    Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of recognition and appreciation.

    Disciplinary Procedures:

  • Have good understanding about HR policies and also must have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law and its subsequent amendments.
  • Ensure legal compliance, polices and procedure, termination, dismissal compensation, disciplinary action, handling of grievance, management of conflicts.
