We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources efforts and help shape the future of our team. We prefer an experience HR on Construction/Real Estate Market representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and employee development processes.
Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Lead performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Any other assignment given related to HR of the company.
