Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:
Falaq Food is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce-based food brands in Bangladesh, dedicated to safe and healthy food solutions. We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our team as Deputy Manager – HR, who will play a key role in supporting strategic HR functions and developing a strong organizational culture.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Support performance management, appraisal, and employee development programs.
Maintain and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Manage HR operations, documentation, and HRIS.
Work closely with departmental heads to forecast manpower needs.
Generate reports and assist HR Manager in strategic planning.
