• Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, MS applications, and operating systems.
• Experience with hardware deployment/repair and Microsoft Server administration.
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Diplomacy and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities: The Deputy Manager- IT is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the efficient operation of all IT systems, providing advanced technical support, and leading IT-related projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
