Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Deputy Manager/Manager – B2B Sales to lead sales initiatives in the HVAC/VRF (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Variable Refrigerant Flow) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing key B2B accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. This role is pivotal in delivering high-value solutions to commercial clients and achieving revenue targets.

  • A) Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets in the HVAC/VRF segment.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients, including architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the HVAC/VRF industry.
  • Present and promote HVAC/VRF solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  • B) Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including corporate clients, facility managers, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to order finalization and after-sales support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any client issues proactively.
  • C) Project and Partner Coordination:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose HVAC/VRF solutions that meet customer specifications.
  • Work closely with distributors, channel partners, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, project timelines, and delivery schedules.
  • D) Reporting and Strategy:
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and devise strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
