Experience: The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Knit Division)
Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position in CAD & Sample Department.
Strong knowledge of Knit Garments pattern making, marker planning ,sample making & Marker consumption
Proficiency in Gerber, 3D and other CAD/Pattern software.
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fitting, grading and consumption calculation.
Experience in handling buyers’ technical requirements.
Young, energetic, buyer-centric and execution-driven & Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proven experience in buyer-focused sample development (knit based) within export-oriented RMG·

Responsibilities & Context

Tech pack (work book) walk thru for any clarification or short of information’s.
Issuing costing Graded Pattern for Marker making with sewing margin claimed by production team.
Issuing Pattern to Pattern verification for sample sewing with sewing margin claimed by Team leader
Discuss with QAM for corrections if any upon the comment received on the sample sent
Issuing graded pattern along with Final Graded spec sheet to Pattern verification once the Fit, Red Seal, GSS approved
To make sure all required measurement are included in the spec sheet though some of the spec are missing in the Buyer`s spec sheet ( Motif size wise grading and placements, TAB or Bow placements )
To make sure the bulk pattern are made utmost perfect at shape & spec’s to avoid size set / Pilot / Mini bulk corrections in the bulk
Responsible to attend PPM
Responsible to get Right first-time approval of Various types of sample
Responsible for Calculate the Fabric and sewing trims reconciliation
Responsible for Line Change over and First output sample approval
Responsible for Calculate the Fabric and sewing trims Consumption
