Responsibilities & Context
Factory overhead cost analysis and report the excess cost point or reducing cost point·
Production cost analysis; Production process reconciliation; Actual overhead allocation·
Factory performance report based on each and every cost object;·
Comparison report of distribution point VS stock;·
Assist in the preparation of all kinds of costing MIS reporting;·
Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities;·
Coordinate with every department such as Accounts & Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Distribution, Production, Engineering etc. to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked;
Visit and monitor distributors/retailers/factories to assess damage/wastage; and advise subsequently;
For manufacturing products find out the raw material cost using standard data and variance analysis with actual data;
Variance report of product costing and contribution margin (CM) analysis;·
Analysis of the production process to find out the excess material uses possibility;
Calculate the production process loss of RM and how to reduce it;
Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections;
Proactive analysis of budget variances and communicate the issues and opportunities to the management;
