Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM PGD in HRM will get preference.

Experience

  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

  • Age 31 to 40 years
  • Good knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Law, relevant local law and Buyer COC, electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.
  • Fair knowledge on SEDEX, PEFC, WRAP, GRS & RCS, HIGG(FEM).
  • Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.

Responsibilities & Context

A reputed Group of company is looking for a HR, Admin & Compliance Deputy Manage/Manager,who will be dynamic, pro-active and support its continuous growth and lead in the area of HR, Admin & Compliance.

  • Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
  • Look after the complicated labour issues in line with Labour Law 2018 (all revision) & Labour Rules 2019 (all revision) and other govt.
  • Regulation as well Ensure Labor Law & Buyer COC related practices for the factory.
  • Prepare various types of Policy as per Law and Buyer Requirements, Update and preservation.
  • To coordinate Buyer / Buyer Representative / auditor regarding visit or audit.
  • Prepare Audit documents, Conduct audit & prepare audit CAP.
  • Lead, coordinate and support all activities of social compliance and any other relevant audit.
  • Maintain all legal license and valid documents as per factory rule.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, and safe environment.
  • Maintain all compliance Documents as per buyer requirement.
  • Monitor and ensure In-house all kind training as per training schedule.
  • Sound Knowledge about various types of audit (SEDEX, PEFC, WRAP, GRS & RCS, HIGG(FEM). etc.)
  • Sound knowledge regarding Labour Law & rules.
