Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Management (MBM), Master of Commerce (MCom)

Masters in any discipline from any reputed university

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for managing HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all.
  • Responsible for HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the laws, COC of different Buyers and the organizations own code of conduct.
  • Handing disciplinary matters, Grievance handing & counselling, improve worker migration, reduce absenteeism and worker engagement etc.
  • Managing leave management, performance appraisal, improve worker migration, reduce absenteeism and enhance employee peace of mind.
  • Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation and confirmation related work.
  • Work to improve efficiency & productivity the employee in the facilities.
  • Coordinate activities related to recruitment, leave management, promotion etc.
  • Coordinate the legal issues  and keep files up to date
  • Develop yearly development and performance evaluation program  Organize and coordinate training programs.
  • Develop company’s service rules, personnel planning. Policies and procedure;
  • Generate, stream-lined and ensure adherence to all HR Policies and procedure
  • Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
  • Monitor/follow up leave, attendance and related grievance.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
  • Resolve internal conflicts and develop strong relationships with top Management and effective communication between Company & employees.
  • Maintain and update personal data of all the employees of the Company through HRIS and act as the power user and HR process specialist of the system and establish a databank to facilitate information by business unit heads
  • Assist Head of HR in designing, implementing and maintaining compensation and benefit structure/plan and related affairs
  • Process final settlement of employees leaving the organization, loan processing and other employee services.
  • Carry out filing, record keeping, documentation, and office management of HR department.
  • Collect information from the various locations on human resources and personnel matters on a regular basis; prepare manpower report and maintaining total manpower record along with maintenance of personal file of both management and non-management employees of corporate office.
