Additional Requirements

Experience of working with export oriented Textiles – RMG-sector is required.
The applicants should have experience in the area of General H R, Compliance & Administrative issues, Performance & Career Management, Compensation / Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.
Adequate knowledge on MS Office package.
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.
Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit ICS, SEDEX, HIGG WRAP, BSCI, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, RSC/ Accord etc.

To Handle the HR issues of a huge number of employee / workforce.
To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues.
To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party compliance audit.
Make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top management regarding the improvement of the system.
Prepare and organize the factories according to buyer’s standards
