Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years

• Candidates having minimum 5 years ( 2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the HR, Admin & Compliance issues of export oriented Spinning Mill/ Readymade Knit Garments Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply
• Should have leadership quality & be result oriented
• Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications

Responsibilities & Context

• A reputed export based Spinning Mill is looking for competent candidate for the position of Deputy Manager/ Manager (HR & Compliance).
• Job location for the position is at factory office, Madhabpur, Habiganj.
• The selected candidates will be responsible for managing HR & Compliance related activities of the Factory efficiently with minimum supervision.
• Besides, the candidates should have hands on knowledge on Compliance issues.
• Candidate must be able to handle compliance audit and related issues independently.
