Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Agro based Startup, Healthcare Startup, E-commerce Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software. (Oracle preferred)
  • Professional certifications in learning management/TOT are preferred

Responsibilities & Context

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Deputy Manager/Manager for our HR team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing talent and possess strong leadership skills to drive our training and development initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee skills, performance, and career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs tailored to various employee levels.
  • Identify skill gaps and create strategies to address them through targeted learning interventions.
  • Develop and execute leadership training programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and managers to support their professional development.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making continuous improvements to programs based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and objectives.
