Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Understand clients’ needs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized lift and escalator solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation, and customer support, to ensure project success.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and market segments for lift and escalator solutions.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company’s presence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of lift and escalator products, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and product training to the sales team.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, agreements, and project documentation.
