- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
- Experience in footwear manufacturing companies will get preference.
- Should have capability of day-to-day communication with buyers, supplier and factories.
Responsibilities & Context
- The candidate is to be experienced in working with reputed European /American Footwear buyers.
- The candidate have to ensure annual and seasonal target of order from related buyer based on factory capacity.
- The candidate must be ensure the capability to manage the buyer from initial business communication to shipment.
- Candidates have to ensure solid costing experience as well as good negotiation skills to fix the final price.
- Order management files have to be maintained daily. Check and ensure every order is as per buyer requirements and confirm shoe delivery date.
- Candidates will get preference who have shoe ERP knowledge and practical experience on ERP working.
- Good communication skills with the buyer and material suppliers to meet buyer requirements & to ensure cross-functional activities with the R&D, planning, and SCM team.
