Context:
RRP Pharmaceutical, a veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Ishwardi, Pabna, is seeking a talented, energetic, and aspiring individual for the role of Deputy Manager/Manager, Product Development. The selected candidate will be a vital team member, contributing to the establishment of RRP Pharmaceutical as a leading and innovative veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Run the Product Development Activity at the RRP Pharmaceutical plant, ensuring compliance with local regulatory authority regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Experience Requirements:
- Deputy Manager: At least 10 years in Product Development
- Manager: At least 14 years in Product Development
Additional Requirements:
- Exposure to EU, TGA, ANVISA, and GMP inspections
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English
- Experience in preparing Export Dossiers
- Good computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
