Responsibilities & Context
- Designs, develops, and follows up on sampling according to buyer requirements.
- Plans trial production and resolves production obstacles.
- Creates sample patterns for sandals, sports shoes, pumps, casual shoes, formal shoes, or any other required styles.
- Conducts sample quality control and maintains documentation. Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator software.
- Plans and sources materials for new design samples.
- Capable of making pattern corrections to achieve precise and effective results within minimal lead time, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ease of production compatibility.
