Additional Requirements

(8-10) years of experience in steel industry, with a focus on fabrication of pre-engineered buildings / structural steel / production / manufacturing industry.
Excellent understanding of structural steel welding, cutting and finishing operations, as well as ability to conceptualize fabrication processes for complex and critical structures
Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities, with a proven track record of supervising and mentoring large teams of engineers and semi-skilled technicians
Strong Problem-solving skill and Decision-making ability.
Have knowledge about factory management, HR, costing and budgeting
Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
Understand quality system (quality commitments), ISO system
Strong language and communication skills, able to effectively convey fabrication information to clients and present production updates during Management and Sales meetings.

Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager, Production

Location: Pre Engineered Building Factory, Cumilla

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure production goals are met.
Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
Ensure that production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to enhance productivity.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize production efficiency.
Prepare production reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Manage production costs and suggest cost-saving measures.
