Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
Experience
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies

Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare daily Production plan and execute the production plan for the plan as per sales forecast.
- Planning, controlling, and organizing production schedules of powder and liquate production.
- Assessing production and resource requirements.
- Overseeing production processes and re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
- Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Changing and adjusting the Machine Operating Parameter according to the demand for good quality production, including cost optimization and sustainable operational benefit.
- Ensure necessary tags for yield products, machinery, working areas, rejected products, etc., to meet ISO and CE requirements.
- Supervising the subordinates to perform their duty and keep close contact to get immediate feedback from the field & take the initiative.
- Responsible for good mfg. & pkg. practice & proper cleanliness on production floor.
- Maintain Monthly Manufacturing & packing Deviation report and take action.
- Keep Liaison with QC dept. for smooth operation.
- Strictly Maintain EHS & PPE regulation on the workplace.
