Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with the company’s goals and market trends.
Lead, mentor and manage the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to define product development priorities and timelines.
Oversee the formulation and development of new food products, from ideation through to commercialization.
Ensure all new products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and opportunities for new product development.
Organize and carryout analytical activities of Raw & Packaging
Materials and Finished Products and to ensure quality of Product.
Prepare and review SOP’s Specifications and Methods for Raw- Materials, Packaging Materials & Finished Goods etc.
Prepare detailed reports for management on quality trends, deviations, and corrective actions.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal quality documentation requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet food safety standards and regulations (e.g., BSTI, ISO, HALAL & HACCP).
Conduct Training to develop and coach Quality Assurance staff through proper coaching, training and counselling to ensure uniform interpretation and application of standards and procedures.
Take overall Quality Control and R&D responsibilities of the plant.
