Responsibilities & Context
The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process for outer wear garments, specifically padded, down, quilting, seam-sealed, and CWS jackets. This role requires a deep understanding of garment construction, materials, and quality control methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures for all aspects of outer wear garment production.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and development to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
