Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for strategic planning, target setting and implementation of settled target.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly execution plan to achieve the target which will be set by the management.
- As a manager, you will be responsible for team building and work as a team and follow the instructions of your supervisors.
- Provide motivational and mental support to the team to achieve sells target.
- Execute all sales and marketing activities as per set plan and policies of the company.
- Always keep update your personal and team report, records for ensure transparency and accountability.
- Regular visit field to ensure achievement of optimum sales target.
- Ready to take additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor and management.
