Additional Requirements

Establish and negotiate contract terms, conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
Develop new supplier and manage Supplier performance monitoring – to ensure competitive sourcing.
Work with internal stakeholders to Identify and resolve problems with suppliers in a timely manner.
Handling and monitoring of claims from factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery & Payment.
Development and execution of short and mid-term purchasing schedule including PO creation.
Scrutinize strategic price comparison (CS) to procure best material from best vendors.
PO ensure on material delivery which comply with JIT (Just in Time)
Assist the Departments in managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle activities.

Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with regulations and laws, related procurement practices, and in accordance with the company standard practices
