Responsibilities & Context
- Establish and negotiate contract terms, conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
- Develop new supplier and manage Supplier performance monitoring – to ensure competitive sourcing.
- Work with internal stakeholders to Identify and resolve problems with suppliers in a timely manner.
- Handling and monitoring of claims from factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery & Payment.
- Development and execution of short and mid-term purchasing schedule including PO creation.
- Scrutinize strategic price comparison (CS) to procure best material from best vendors.
- PO ensure on material delivery which comply with JIT (Just in Time)
- Assist the Departments in managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle activities.
- Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with regulations and laws, related procurement practices, and in accordance with the company standard practices
- Team development by sharing knowledge and hand-on work
- Develop of a vendor pool that smooth the delivery process
