Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for final quality of all the knit & dyed fabric from the dyeing bulk production and ensuring quality product and quality level.
- Accountable for Fabric quality matters for dyeing bulk production.
- Manage fabric quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control.
- Responsible for strong floor management.
- Solving any problem by discussing with higher authority and should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
- Follow up the running order’s quality related continues activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
- Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
- Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
- Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
