Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain software for accessory delivery and service management, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Implement and manage systems to enhance market service efficiency, directly contributing to sales growth.
Create and enforce policies to minimize product damage during transit, storage, and handling.
Conduct root cause analysis of damages to identify and classify issues arising from manufacturing, transit, or handling, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor market returns and ensure they remain below the set threshold by taking appropriate actions for replacements or repairs when necessary.
Manage accessory demand efficiently to avoid shortages or overstock and ensure proper handling practices at depots, dealers, and retail points.
Observe and improve loading and unloading practices to reduce transit-related damages.
Conduct regular competitor product analysis and provide suggestions for improving company products.
Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports on non-moving and slow-moving inventory, providing insights and corrective measures.
Organize and conduct regular training sessions for service teams, depot loaders, and retailer loaders, focusing on reducing product damages and enhancing operational efficiency.
Gather customer feedback systematically, analyze improvement areas, and implement measures to enhance service quality.
