Additional Requirements

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns.
Oversee the work of the Graphics Designer to ensure that marketing materials are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with the Web Developer to optimize the company’s website for user experience and search engine visibility.
Supervise the Customer Relationship Officer to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
