Responsibilities & Context

Primary Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of VAS business as defined in the function below:
  • Complete knowledge of Visa Documentation both online and offline for countries like US, UK, Schengen, Australia, Canada, UAE, SEA, etc.
  • Advising Checklist of Visa Documentation to Applicants
  • Visa process knowledge and documentation completion and a application on behalf of Applicants
  • Knowledge of all Visas like Tourist, Work, Settlement, Immigration
  • Good relationship with Agents & Trade to build the Visa Concierge business
  • Advisor to Visa Applicants on latest changes and additions to Visa Application processes
  • Cross-selling of other VASCO products like Insurance, Hotels, Tickets, Forex, SIM Cards to the Visa applicants
  • Maintain records related to sales on POS. Email sales reports and submit cash at the end of the day to the Supervisor.
  • Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations; and also inform the Supervisor of such risks.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products based on customer needs and desires.
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its products
  • Describe about the product and explain use, operation, and care of the product to customers.
  • Arrange and display products to promote sales.
  • Prepare sales slips or sales contracts. (as applicable)Keep shelves, counters, and table’s organized and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain stock Inventory and requisition of new stocks every day.
  • Prepare product for purchase.
