Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Minimum BBA/MBA from any discipline from a recognized university (Public Administration, Criminology will get preference.)
• CPP and PSP-certified candidates will get preference.

Experience

• 6 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Security Service

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 36 years

• 6-10 years experience in Security industry and minimum 01 year experience in the same position from a reputed organization.
• Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
• Should have knowledge on security risk assessment and security survey
• Good communication skills, hardworking and energetic

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise of operational activities of assigned zone.
• Coordinate with the clients of concerned post and collect feedback report.
• Find out potential clients and increase posts.
• Initiate and solve day to day operational issues.
• Promote excellent customer care through liaison and regular consultation.
• Conduct investigation for any incident or accident.
• Adjust posting of the field force employees as per requirement.
• Perform regular post visit as per plan and urgency.
• Motivate, counsel and handle grievance of field forces.
• Ensure annual performance evaluation of the team.
• Identify training needs & conduct training accordingly.
