Additional Requirements

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
Build relationships with retail clients, wholesalers, and distributors to promote the mineral water product.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including B2B sales and direct-to-consumer channels.
Create and manage sales forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
Ensure timely delivery of products to clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage and lead a sales team, providing training and performance feedback.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure that production targets are met, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
Manage inventory and storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control protocols.
Collaborate with the production team to streamline production operations and reduce costs.
Monitor maintenance and repair schedules for production machinery.
Coordinate with suppliers along with the team to maintain a consistent supply of raw materials.
Implement environmental and sustainability initiatives in production processes.
