Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Advertising Agency, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Tiles/Ceramic, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Interior Design firm and a strong understanding of the Interior market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proven record of accomplishment within the interior industry and experience in dealing with residential & commercial clients.
  • Sound knowledge of sales process, payment procedure, and agreement.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Strategy development in the field of interior sales.
  • Taking necessary action to achieve business & collection targets.
  • Searching for new clients/ projects for prospective business.
  • Prepare the prospective database for interior business.
  • Prepare follow-up details regarding day-to-day tasks.
  • Dealing and arranging meetings with the client regarding interior works.
  • Sourcing of marketing information from competitors required for marketing strategy.
  • Financial offer/quotation submission.
  • Assisting superior and conform the instructions given by the superiors.
  • Gather information regarding interior items and related tasks.
  • 1-Maintaining close liaison with relevant vendors and companies to maintain relationships.
  • Completion of sales closing formalities like quotation approval from the client, agreement with the client, sample approval and client correspondence, liaison & coordination.
  • Site/project visit and report submission to superior.
  • Final bill submission to the client and settlement before handing over the project.
  • Project handover to the clients as per the company rules and keeping proper documents (approved quotation by the client, work order, agreement, copies of any amendments, handover letter, certificate of completion, etc) against the projects.
  • Always keeping contact with the superior and maintaining all administrative & regulatory discipline with due respect to the company and working in a pleasant team spirit.
  • Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management will have equal value and should be considered as a significant responsibility.
