Additional Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in SAP Programming
SAP ABAP certification.
Must have experience in data integration/exchange between SAP to SAP and SAP to cross application systems.
Proficiency in SAP ABAP along with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, VB.Net).
Deep understanding and proven data integration experience in Technologies like BAPI, RFC, IDOC, SAP PI.

Responsibilities & Context

Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), a prominent conglomerate in Bangladesh, is currently seeking some dynamic individuals to join our IT department in the roles of Deputy Manager-SAP-Integration. This position is responsible for the technical aspects of SAP Data integration between SAP to SAP and cross-application platforms to ensure their optimal performance, reliability, and security. The incumbent will report to the department head for duties and responsibilities.

Develop and execute a strategic integration roadmap aligning with the organization’s business objectives.
Oversee the integration architecture and ensuring coherence with overall IT strategies.
Manage end-to-end integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with business goals.
Drive performance optimization initiatives, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance SAP system efficiency and reliability.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and changes, coordinating with teams to minimize disruptions and maintain system stability and oversee comprehensive security governance.
Oversee the SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) landscape, optimizing configuration, and ensuring high performance and reliability.
Provide expertise in integration patterns, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
