Responsibilities & Context
- To meet the collection targets that are periodically set by management.
- To be in responsible of debt and cash collection in relation to business sales.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports that include CR and Marketing overdue.
- Client Follow-Up for the Purpose of Collection.
- Sending emails to the client for the purpose of collecting overdue fees and registration costs.
- Regularly updating MIS software.
- Customer Follow-Up for New Sales Following Payment.
- Any other work-related task decided upon by management.
