Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct accurate measurements of land, boundaries, and physical features.-
• Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, drones, and levels.-Prepare detailed maps, plats, and reports from survey data.
• Establish and verify legal land boundaries for property deeds and titles.
• Resolve boundary disputes and provide expert witness testimony when needed.
• Inspect sites and analyze terrain, elevation, and site conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data, calculations, and documentation.
