Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled Team Lead to manage and mentor our software development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Angular and .NET development, experience in leading teams, and a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring high-quality code, and fostering innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers and operations professionals, conducting performance evaluations and supporting career growth.
Foster knowledge sharing, conduct training sessions, and encourage innovation within the team.
Oversee project timelines, scope, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage expectations.
Track project progress and optimize resource allocation to meet deadlines.
Ensure the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions following industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews and lead technical design discussions to uphold quality standards.
Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code in Java and C#.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, and develop and maintain .NET-based web applications.
Optimize database performance for SQL-based systems (e.g., MSSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Monitor deployed applications, proactively ensuring stability, performance, and security.
